Policies on tubers and everlasting wreaths
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order. We can not however be held liable for extreme growing conditions, neglect, or pest damage. Please make sure you review your order carefully before purchasing. We can not make changes to an order (adding or subtracting items) after the order is placed.
Substitutions
We will not make any substitutions with out your permission. Please make sure to review your order thoroughly before purchase. We promise to take care while packing each and everyone of your orders, but if you receive something incorrectly- make sure to let us know within one week of receiving your order and we can send you a proper replacement.
Shipping
Everlasting Wreaths- these will be shipped out within 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order packed and label created with USPS.
Tubers- orders will be shipped mid April, we want to try avoid any freezing in shipping. We can only ship within the USA for now (sorry no foreign orders.) All orders will be shipped via USPS.
Shipping Rates are as follows
1 - 3 tubers = $9.55
4 - 13 tubers = $18.50
14 - 26 tubers = $22.10
27 - 40= $37.15
41 - 60 = $42.20
61+ = $50.50
